  Had accident as small child causing some kind of disability. Lived in mental institution almost all of his life until his death in early 1950's. Nephew Andrew (Sam) remembers going to see him as a child with Uncle Albert - David's brother. born 4th qtr of year. Searched deaths 1948-1963. Not found
